Margaritaville Resort Times Square

"Currently staying here. Were booked into Virgin nearby but then found out like many nyc hotels, the swimming pool closes to kids at midday. This place is awesome though from the outside you'd never know it. Brilliant food and drinks and the pool is great too. Beds are super comfy. And yes the rooms are small but it's nyc and it's pretty normal. 26th floor is super quiet so if you're with family or need peace, it's a good floor to be on. Highly recommended and close to just about everything 👌"

"We had another fantastic stay at Margaritaville near Times Square! This was our second stay here, and if anything, we were even more impressed this time. We were able to check in early for a small additional fee, which was perfect as it meant we could head straight out and start exploring the city. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the bartenders and housekeeping team. Our room was lovely, with a beautiful view from the 8th floor, plenty of space for our luggage, and a spacious bathroom with a large shower. Housekeeping left two bottles of water in the room every day. We also had a well-functioning refrigerator, a safe, and a TV with the option to cast from our phones. The pool on the 6th floor was usually quite busy, but there were always seats available. The bar service was fast and efficient, and the drinks were excellent! After checking out, the hotel kindly stored our luggage while we went out to explore the city before our flight. They also helped arrange transportation to the airport at a very reasonable price. We were picked up by an efficient driver right outside the hotel, and one of the friendly staff members even helped us with our luggage. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with excellent service and great facilities. It may cost a little more than some other hotels, but you are staying right next to Times Square! We will definitely be back the next time we visit New York and highly recommend Margaritaville to anyone visiting the city!"

"My husband and I stayed three nights in a King Suite at Margaritaville and overall had a great stay. When we checked in, Will was working the front desk, and he was truly a ray of sunshine. It was around 1:30 a.m., and despite the late hour, he greeted us with a genuine smile, positive energy, and exceptional hospitality. He was friendly, professional, engaging, and made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked through the doors. He provided the kind of warm, personalized service you would expect from a top-tier luxury hotel. Will set the tone for a wonderful stay. Our room was very nice, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was another huge plus—it’s centrally located and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast bagel sandwich was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered it every morning during our stay! There were a few areas that could be improved. I wasn’t a fan of having to stop by the lobby each morning to pick up breakfast vouchers. The automatic 20% gratuity also felt a bit excessive since the service wasn’t always as attentive as I would have expected. The pool deck was somewhat small, and some of the lounge chairs could have used a better cleaning. I also wish guests were allowed to bring outside food into the pool area. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay, and the excellent customer service—especially from Will—was a highlight of our trip."
