"Excellent hotel and outstanding customer service! We stayed for three nights and had a small issue on the first day, which was handled very professionally. The front desk staff immediately contacted the manager, Andrea Macancela, and she personally took care of the situation quickly and professionally. I was very impressed with her experience and attitude. The room cleaning was excellent, and every staff member we dealt with was friendly and helpful. I’ve seen some reviews mentioning poor customer service, but that was absolutely not our experience. We were treated very well throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel. Great service and a very pleasant stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"I’ve stayed at the Fairfield Inn in North Bergen three times over the past two months, and every stay has been consistently great. The rooms have always been clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It’s conveniently close to both New York City and Jersey City. Within about a one-mile radius, you’ll find plenty of restaurants and places to eat, so you’re never short on choices after a long day."

"I booked the king suite room 503. The suite was nice and clean.. it has two tvs, one of which kept shutting off every 2hrs, a pullout sofa bed, and the standard mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom is also a nice and big.. this suite provided the peace and quiet I needed to write. The staff was also helpful. My only complaint is the shower!! I did not like how floor looked so I was not stepping in there with my bare feet. And the water pressure was too hard and too much. I felt like someone was throwing buckets of water in my face. The water was so hard that when I washed my face it ripped my shower cap right off 😳 my hair was instantly soaked...so yeah be prepared to be drenched."
