"I absolutely enjoy Venchi! The store is so beautiful, welcoming, and has such a warm atmosphere. I’ve visited a few times now, and honestly, each experience keeps getting better. The customer service was amazing. All of the workers were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. One of the workers, Andy, was especially helpful. He served me with so much care and patience, and when he gave me my gelato, he kindly told me to enjoy it. They even offered me a sample of one of their chocolates, which was such a nice touch! I sat in the seating area and enjoyed my gelato, which was delicious and very tasty. Upon taking me leave the workers thanked me for coming and told me they looked forward to seeing me again. That genuinely made me feel happy and valued as a customer. Overall, I had such a wonderful experience at Venchi. I highly recommend stopping by! 🍫🍨"

"Honestly, if you're anywhere near Broadway, you have to stop by Venchi. I found out they've been around since 1878, and you can totally taste why they've been in business for so long—the quality is insane. They have an amazing variety of gelatos and premium chocolates to choose from, and everything we tried was incredibly rich and authentic. Whether you're just grabbing a quick scoop of ice cream or picking up some gifts, it is 100% worth going. Hands down one of my favorite dessert spots in NYC!"

"One of the best gelato I’ve had in my entire life. And that’s quite a statement, as I’m a huge gelato fan. This product, in this specific store. Because eating out is always about the experience, and not only the food itself. How the store looks and feels, what’s the energy of the people that work there, how they treat their customers, etc. In this case all of it clicks. 10/10. Except for the sitting spots, that feel a little bit impersonal (both outside and inside). Amazing gelato, evidently traditional, that features both classic and original flavors in a subtle fashion. My favorites being Baccio di dama and Kunaffa delight. Handmade waffle cone, the final treat for those who believe that the cone is almost half the ice cream, if you know what I mean. Firm, thin and rich in taste. The perfect companion to the star ingredient, as it doesn’t take the spotlight off it. They have the fantastic option of coating the waffle’s edge with warm chocolate (with milk or dark) and sprinkle it with hazelnut or salted caramel bits. Not to talk about the service. What a service, guys. I always pay attention to how the people that work there relate to one another, and how they treat their customers. It can tell you a lot about the company’s ethic and specifically about that particular store’s endeavors. As of today, here you will find, happy people, smiling people, that look at you in the eye and that seem genuinely interested in their customers. Such a treat. I’d like to give a special shout out to Tomás. You just rock, man. What a profesional. I have therefore, plenty of reasons to justify why I’ve been going twice a week, and having two gelatos every time that I drop by. And why I intend to do so as long as I will be staying in New York."
