"Aubi & Ramsa is one of the most unique and unusual ice cream places I’ve come across in New York. Located near Times Square on Broadway, this stylish little spot offers a completely different concept from a regular ice cream shop — premium liquor-infused ice cream designed for adults only. The ice cream is sold in sealed individual containers, ready-made rather than freshly scooped and assembled on the spot. Yet somehow, that actually adds to the experience, making it feel more refined, curated, and upscale. The selection of flavors is genuinely creative and interesting, featuring combinations you don’t find every day — ice creams infused with whisky, rum, vodka, tequila, and more. I tried the Pistachio Decadence made with Glenfiddich 12 Years, and it was excellent: rich, creamy, elegant, and truly distinctive. The interior design also adds a lot to the overall atmosphere. With warm lighting, beautifully arranged shelves, and a sleek modern vibe, the place feels more like a small cocktail bar than a traditional ice cream shop. It’s a perfect stop for a unique dessert experience after dinner or a night out in the city. If you’re looking for something different, original, and very New York — this place is absolutely worth trying"
"Ice cream & alcohol what’s not to love. The bar is beautiful, the staff courteous & the ice cream delicious. I had a small bourbon crème brûlée at the bar & it was so good I immediately asked about takeout options & travel time. I was told they did have takeout & that the ice cream would be good for an hour in their zippered bag. (Two hours if they added dry ice) I completed my shopping in the area & returned to pick up a few more flavors. I can’t wait to try them. I think these would be perfect desserts for small dinner parties. Their hours are very convenient (noon till midnight - 7 days a week)."
"What a great concept. Liquor ice cream. I went recently and tried the White Russian and the Old Fashion. The old fashion is better as a drink and not a a dessert. Neither one were strong or anything, it’s just a hint of the alcohol flavor. I enjoyed the White Russian better. Loved the decor and the friendly staff. Would love to try the other flavors."
