USQUIRE

"This property management company is exactly what I was looking for. I own a property in Long Island, which I wanted to turn into a short-term rental. I've never done short-term rentals before. Ana evaluated my home, recommended ways to optimize my home, and even helped with the interior decorations before getting it listed on the STR market. I'm super happy I found them!"

"Ana Co and the Usquire team are awesome. Professional, trustworthy, reliable and provides exceptional service. I use her AirBNB service and my guests give her cleanliness and presentation five stars. She knows exactly what needs to be done and has great ideas of how to make it an enjoyable guest experience. Way beyond any service I have used before. She makes my life so much easier as I can feel confident that my nice apartment is in Ana’s hands. Thank you so much Ana."

"Ana and her team are EXTREMELY professional and punctual. They do a marvelous job cleaning and can accommodate any extra requests within reason! Communication with them is quite easy. I will definitely be utilizing their services again and recommend them to all"
