Cityami

"I’ve known Michelle and worked with Cityami for years. While I generally manage my own property, we all have times when we need a hand - and it’s been great knowing Cityami can handle everything when I’m away. When I sold my NYC property, I also hired Cityami to help identify new markets and eventually 4 new homes for short term rental. Even in the middle of a crazy sellers market, they managed to find some great deals. Highly recommended!"

"I really enjoy working with Michelle. She's experienced, has great ideas for solving my issues and is very supportive. I share my home on Airbnb, and the work involved to ensure an excellent experience for guests was overwhelming me. Michelle stepped in to make it effortless. I could not do this without her and her team. There are a few options for rental management in New York City, but given the option I support local women entrepreneurs."

"Cityami has managed a few of our buildings for the last 3 years, and what a relief it's been. Previously we worked with a traditional property manager serving annual leases. After switching to Cityami, we saw less wear and tear on our buildings and units, higher returns, and the best part - zero chasing tenants for rent. We also went from frequent 311 complaints when we had traditional tenants to none at all under Cityami's management. They really go out of their way to address all tenant needs, which is what I think makes all the difference. Was happy to write this review when they asked. Nothing but high recommendations."
