Manhattan Management Group

"I had an outstanding experience working with Dayana. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to what I was looking for. She took the time to understand my budget, preferred neighborhoods, and must-haves, and quickly presented options that truly matched my needs. What impressed me most was her responsiveness and dedication. She was always available to answer questions, schedule viewings promptly, and guide me through the application process with clarity and confidence. In such a competitive rental market, having someone so organized and proactive made all the difference. She made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I felt supported every step of the way, and I ultimately secured an apartment I absolutely love. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and genuinely helpful apartment broker."

"Dalia Cohen helped me find my lovely apartment in NYC! She is professional and nice! She always thinks of clients concerns and help me solve problems!"

"MMG really helped me when I needed a furnished place in midtown NYC without delay. Dalia is fantastic. Dalia helped me to find the perfect spot while I was out of state and needed to make a quick move. She even visited the apt before I could visit, and showed me the apt via FaceTime. When I needed to vacate the unit sooner than I anticipated (due to work reasons only), she was quick to find another tenant to replace me so I could vacate the unit in a timely manner. Dalia also helped me to get my landlord's attention to facilitate my security deposit return. Dalia is quick, responsive, and efficient. I highly recommend Dalia. She's simply the best!"
