But what truly elevated my experience was the outstanding service from the staff — especially Jennyra, Tamara, and Julia. Each of them went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Jennyra was incredibly attentive and made me feel genuinely welcomed. We shared beautiful memories about the coqui frog (and the beautiful story behind it) which we both had in common and made us feel like we were right at home. Tamara provided service that was both warm and polished, anticipating needs before I even voiced them. And Julia brought a level of professionalism and kindness that made every interaction a pleasure. Their dedication, hospitality, and genuine care set a standard that other resorts should aspire to. Because of them, my visit wasn’t just enjoyable — it was unforgettable. I look forward to returning soon."

"Truly lovely staff, fantastic stay start to finish. Check in was seamless, and I even texted the hotel in advance to see if my room was ready! The rooms are classically lovely, with free coffee and water and comfortable beds. The hotel uses Beekman bath products, an upstate NY product that smells lovely. Food in the banquet hall was fantastic, and the wait staff is just stellar. The grounds are lovely and the hotel is a few steps from "downtown" Cooperstown. I'm so happy I stayed here!"

"Wonderful! It's a beautiful historic hotel that is both sophisticated and glamorous without coming across as uptight. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel so welcomed. I think it was obvious from our attire and our car that we aren't in the same tax bracket as their usual clientele, but they treated us like we were royalty nonetheless. I found the front desk staff bubbly and joyful. The concierge went the extra mile to ensure our room enhancements exceeded expectations, and met with me upon check-in to go over the details together. The door and baggage manager was phenomenal and treated my flower bouquet with the utmost care! I believe we received a bargain for two nights in their Grand Suite plus the enhancements, and I'd certainly book the room again if I could."
