"This was a major stop for us in the city. According to the website, the tickets after 8 PM drop by a $30 difference therefore we waited to visit until night time in the hopes to get the chance for a different kind of observation view in the city. There is a brief video you watch about the history of rebuilding before the observation deck becomes available. there are professional photographers. They’re offering photos with backdrops for a price year or two observation decks available so once the group is allowed out of the theater area, they spread out very well when you get a good chance at seeingviews without other people in the way. There is a gift shop located up top. Typical souvenirs keychain shot glasses books, and what not seem to have a very good selection. Staff around are available to answer questions and are friendly consider considering how busy it is."

"Absolutely wow. The view from One World Observatory is truly breathtaking and completely all-round. You can see the Statue of Liberty, both the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan Bridge, the surrounding skyscrapers, and the water around Manhattan, it really shows the city as an island. I visited Top of the Rock the day before, and that view doesn’t even come close. One World felt more spacious, far more impressive, and surprisingly not crowded. A huge highlight of my New York trip and a strong recommendation. Tip for photos: hold your phone or camera directly against the glass to avoid reflections."

"An unforgettable experience and so cool to be up so high. Full respect to the architects and engineers for designing such an incredible structure, and full credit to everyone involved in its construction. If you’re lucky enough to visit on a clear day, New York City just feels endless—it stretches forever, and it’s absolutely breathtaking."
