Educate clients the proper sequence to solve a more complex building problem. 3. Technician was knowledgeable and polite, got the parts and checked all relevant elements. 4. Regional supervisor provided follow up solution with recommended specialist, in our case, the long standing water pump services in the borough. A bit weakness: Price is moderate, yet, we got what we paid for."
